A day retreat

Sunday 9th June. 10-3:15. Online

£35 or £30 if booked before 21 May

We will explore all the mindfulness practices we cover on the 8 session course incluidng: arriving and landing; bodyscan; movement; open awareness; pausing.

The practices will be spacious taking us through the day with invitations to land, stop, rest, cultivating curiosity and engagement with wise choices for self care.

There will be breaks and opportunities to take time out and do whatever you need to do to self care. There will also be optional time to connect with others

It is time for you to explore how you can rest and make caring choices.
