Mindfulness based therapy for managing fatigue
Managing the boom and bust through mindful activity management. “How can I take care of myself?”

Monthly Tuesday evening sessions.
7-8:30 pm
These workshops will be an opportunity to explore mindfulness and how it can support managing a fatiguing health condition. Each session will include:
· Current thinking on post-viral and persistent fatigue and the basis of a mindfulness-based approach. This will be presented in an accessible way and while not a comprehensive review of the research, is informed by current research and best practice.
· A 20 minute practice and short practices
· Breakout rooms to discuss with others
· Time for questions but please note very personal or complex queries will not be able to be addressed in this forum.
· The 90 minute workshop will include a 10 minute break half way through and other fatigue management principles will be practiced throughout.
· The sessions will be recorded
