Well… it seem to be February and things are starting to move up and the buds of growth are starting. The plague of viruses seems to have left my home and while still taking it gently I’m really enjoying feeling well. I actually want to write more about joy, but that will have to wait for now as I’m working away underground like a bulb and thought I should share some sprouts, starting with a link the video of the book launch that was held in December by the Mindfulness network. .
Book launch and workshop
Join Fiona and colleagues for the Book Launch and evening workshop on the 5th December 2023 at 7pm (UK Time)! The event is free to attend in collaboration with the Mindfulness Network Community Friends (MNCF) offer a programme of donation-based events and inspiring content.
