Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· You have requested information about mindfulness for fatigue
· You have signed up for a free or paid course or workshop
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
You have joined a course or requested requested more information through another organisation that we collaborate with.
We use the information that you have given us in order to send you the information you have requested including documents and video links and access to course materials.
We may share this information with.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your information while you choose to remain on our email list or as long as we continue to operate. We will then dispose your information by deleting from our email servers (stackmail) and the platform we use (GoHighLevel run by Funnel Sketchers)
