Monthly Tuesday evening sessions.

7-8:30 pm

These workshops will be an opportunity to explore mindfulness and how it can support managing a fatiguing health condition.  Each session will include:

Current thinking on post-viral and persistent fatigue and the basis of a mindfulness-based approach.  This will be presented in an accessible way and while not a comprehensive review of the research, is informed by current research and best practice.

    A 20 minute practice and short practices

Breakout rooms to discuss with others

Time for questions but please note very personal or complex queries will not be able to be addressed in this forum. 

The 90 minute workshop will include a 10 minute break half way through and other fatigue management principles will be practiced throughout.

   The sessions will be recorded
