Checking in and setting intentions

When you join any mindfulness course it is important to be clear about why you want to do it, what you hope it will help and what you already know. In the live courses I will have briefly met you, and have had medical information about you.

It is a bit different online and so we can help you best, knowing a bit more about you is really helpful.

We may not have met you in person and do not know you well enough to know if all the material is appropriate.

Please take care of yourself and do not do anything with which you are not comfortable.
